The rubber match between LA and Boston. No doubt in my mind.

They've already played in 2 of the last 3 finals and they're both better this year than either of the last three seasons. And if KG would've been healthy in '09, it would've been three straight LA/Boston finals.

The NBA is too predictable. It's going to be Lakers/Celtics and Boston wins it in 7.

No size/length/post scorer = no finals. Not this year. Boston is on a different level than Miami.

The NBA is too predictable. That's why the Heat won the finals in 2006.

It's also why Boston lost to the Cavs.

I knew Miami was going to win that series.

Don't know what you're talking about on the second part.

Well you're always going to have those kinds of games. Can't be perfect all 82.

Both of the Boston games, MIA played like utter crap, yet the game was still very much within their reach within the last minutes. It would be foolish to write off MIA as a failure and having no potential to win the championship 10 games into the season.

I'm not basing a single thing off of those two games. I said this in August.

Miami doesn't have the size or length to compete with Boston. They don't have a true post scorer which has proved to be essential in the more modern finals series.

Boston's defense/experience + Miami's lack of length/post scoring/depth = Boston on top.

Any prediction of the WCF winner other than the Lakers is pretty ridiculous at this point.

please, that 2nd bos/mia game was total domination, Bos just lost focus at the end...again I see people not giving Bos credit, maybe the 1st game Mia played like crap because its was the 1st game but please dont use that Mia played like crap card again because of themselves, maybe Bos MADE them play like crap this time around? :-?

Interesting perspective from a recent bandwagoner.

And no, the 2nd game wasn't close. Sure, the scoreboard ended up close, but Boston controlled the game from minute 1 through minute 48. That's not a close game, no matter what the numbers say at the end of it.

It's most likely going to be the Celtics and Lakers.

For some reason, I am partial towards Utah upsetting the Lakers if it is going to happen at all. However, this is based on a limited sample size of games.

Utah will never beat LA because Deron Williams turns into a little bitch against them when things aren't going great. Utah could've beat LA at least once in a series, but the Jazz keep giving up. No confidence unless things are really going their way.

I mean **** Pau Gasol fell into the Lakers lap, KG and ray ray fell into the celtics laps.... If theres another Lakers Celtcis Finals its gonna be sooooooo boring.

It would be much more interesting than watching a healthy Lakers roster dismantle the Heat in 6 games or less; then again, that wouldn't be so bad.

The past games of the Jazz against the Hawks/Bobcats/Heat/Magic disagree with you.
