They're better, if the league decides games will be played with 2 balls from now on.

I do think this is a lateral move, but I hope it works out for all the players involved.

Arenas-JRich-Howard would be a lot of fun to watch.

I'm not saying that picc is definitely going to be wrong, but the idea of a Heat fan lol'ing at that comment is ridiculous, given that in the last few weeks you've seen what the ball-dominant guys can do when they buy into the system and work together.

You comparing Wade/LeBron to Arenas/J-Rich ?

Sigh. Obviously not. What I am saying is that these guys are still good basketball players and may well be able to perform together and produce results regardless of their "ball-dominant" status.

But Arenas isn't nearly the player Wade or LeBron are. He's shooting the ball terrible and shooting 7 3's a game. That isn't the recipe for success. When Arenas isn't scoring he's completely useless, that isn't the case with LeBron and Wade.

Lol at people saying we got worse defensively.

Were any of you watching how easily Melo got his 37 against us on Tuesday (being guarded by Vince/Lewis)?

I'll miss Shard, though. Gortat also needed to be moved, I think he's had it with being a bench player, he's been wildly inconsistent this season.

J-Rich doesn't need the ball.

Its Arenas, Nelson, and Turkoglu who make up the ****. All of them can shoot, yeah, but all of them love having the ball in their hands and dribbling around everywhere.

Maybe it will work, who knows. They had to do something. I would have held off on Arenas/Shard though, especially after losing Gortat. Now who is their PF, Bass and Andersen? They traded 2 of their top 3 frontcourt players for perimeter players. I get why they did it....but I don't get why they did it.

The Magic just picked off the Suns and Wizards leading scorers.

Is the NBA going to allow Orlando to spend on the MLE this summer?

They are going to have almost 100 million spent on their roster.

Same for the Lakers.

That's cool because you know, a team is built on scoring only.

Yup. I don't see how this can work. Just a really weird collection of players.

All depends on the CBA.

Of course the Magic are better this year. THe only reason this trade was bad for them was they took on too much salary.

If dwight were to leave that would could be one of the uglyiest teams in the league for many years.

Jrich is the best player out of any that were traded, and while Hedo has kind of sucked the last few years, I think he has shown that he can play well under stan van.

Gil is the wild card and the question becomes will he and Nelson be able to play together.

To the cap experts,

is it still feasible for Orlando to clear enough cap to bring in a Paul or Carmelo or do they have too much in guaranteed salaries now?
