I'd consider 'Chairman of the Boards' as top ten.

walter Davis had three ... 'Sweet D', 'The Greyhound' and my favorite dubbed from announcer Al McCoy... 'The Man with the Velvet Touch'

The 'A-Train' was a good one. liked 'Big Country' too.

It's been mentioned, but Junkyard Dog (Jerome Williams) was always one of my favorites.

I like Phil's nickname for Sasha better: "11 O'clock"

I completely agree about the initials and number thing though. Unoriginal and shouldn't really count as nicknames.
