No, its more like Jay Z vs. Nas. Nas ETHER'd Jay Z, and Jay came with H.O.V.A. Nas didn't respond, because it was already over. Y'all think Dwight cares if his BM's don't have a ring? He insulted the girl, she in essence insulted the babymommas. It may have came last, but it wasn't the "finisher". He had already ether'd her.

Not to derail this thread, but I think the "is it black girl lost or shorty owe you for ice?" line actually was the winner of that whole battle. Ether was good and hard-hitting, but it was really not nearly as nuanced or interesting as either Takeover or Blueprint 2.

That girls rebuttal was more insulting towards the babymothers rather than Dwight. He's probably heard the insult a million times and who the hell marries some random whore they knocked up?

That girls mentions are probably in twitter hell and it'll hurt her soul. Nothing worse for a female than being called ugly especially in such hilarious fashion.

I don't know when or where any of you grew up or came from, but "superstars" that I know of are above this kind of crap entirely. I don't care who said what, Dwight just looks like a fool engaging with some nobody ghetto chick like that.

If you're stupid and famous, stay away from social media. Maybe they didn't teach that chapter yet in the NBA rookie program back when Dwight came up.

no, just people who aren't stupid in general. lol. you can't really be called a superstar and stay ghetto fabulous at the same time. Two different tax brackets and all .... maybe a ghetto superstar.. yeah. thats a good term for it.

she's right anyway....the irony here is beautiful, a guy who's biggest drawback from making that leap to being a winner is the fact that he's a mental midget....so he basically responds by saying "DAMN RIGHT I AM!!!" lol perfect Dwight, keeping hammering that home.

btw that line would've worked just the same if any of his fans said it while he just stayed out of it....or you know, "above it" now you know what that means :D

Not seeing how not marrying some gold digger is a bad thing or an insult?
Notes: Rookie Rudy Gay twisted his left ankle trying to guard McGrady late in the third quarter and limped to the bench. He returned with 5:51 left, then returned to the bench about a minute later - http://www.nba.com/games/20061231/MEMHOU/recap.html

How is her response even any good?

He burns her, she burns his baby mammas...who he doesn't give a **** about anyway?

Yes, he agrees with her response that they aren't getting any rings. So what is funny about that? That he isn't wifing them..?

I'm puzzled by comments like this. What are you 12? I mean you liked it and all. You can be an adult and still play the dozens by the way. I guess he should've quoted Socrates or Ghandi instead.

I wasn't referring to his come back. I was referring to the lady's come back. His come back was something a ten year old could come up with. Lebron, Kobe, Durant, CP3 and those guys would never stoop to saying such petty things to random strangers on twitter. Its pathetic and very immature but thats something to be expected from someone like him.

I like how celebrities are supposed to be saint's. He's still human and yes in his position I would have said something. Being mature all the time is boring. You guys are ridiculous. I wonder people would say about you if you were under a microscope?

All those guys you named respond to Twitter insults. Especially Mr. Humble Durant, he talks back to haters all the time.
