Man and wife are married for 7 years. Wife's name is Tiffany and Husband's name is Ben. Tiffany is hands down the best looking gal in town. She want's a boob job but her husband doesn't make enough. So.... Tiff gathers all of his friends and family up together. Stands up and tings on here glass..."eh heem", as she clears her throat, " I have an announcement to make!" The husband smiling in the corner talking to his friends about his latest golf round, perks up to listen to his wife, (whom he's madly in love with)

She goes on, " As you know me and Ben are married, I love Ben and he will always be a part of me but....as we all know I'm the hottest girl in town, and well my fine piece of ass needs a pare of boobs to go with it, with that I found a man named Carlos, he is a doctor and he's giving me a boob job tomorrow...Also were getting married next week!!!!

Then for the rest of Ben's life all he hears is, " Wow Tiffany is the hottest girl in town, and wow you could never give her those nice boobs. "

In this story:

Tiffany = Lebron
Ben = Cavs fans/ Cavs organization
Chad = Heat / Real actual heat fans / Dwayne Wade
Ben's relatives at the party = fans of other teams / casual NBA fans
Tiffany's relatives = People who are in love with Lebron / Bandwaggon fans / No favorite team, just Lebron fan

Thus creates the never ending cycle of Tiffany's relatives and Tiffany not understanding why Ben and all of Ben's family hate Tiffany.

This a fine analogy when trying to put Cleveland fans' thoughts into perspective. But the majority of Lebron's haters have no emotional connection to Cleveland whatsoever. Plus...seriously..get over it. I'm not from the US and I had no problem whatsoever with Lebron leaving Cleveland. The Decision was stupid, but he didn't physically hurt anyone or did anything immoral, at least imo. And it happened 4 years ago so who cares. At least a charity got some money.

Plus it was never about the money..it was about 'Ben' not making 'Tiffany' happy. And 'Ben' making a fool out of himself the following weeks.

He's Mr. Do-It-All. He does all the extra little things that Durant, Melo, etc don't do and that's what makes him better than those two guys. He has a higher B-Ball IQ than those guys too. He just has a better understanding and timing of when to do certain things. I always feel like he can be even more dominant on the offensive end than he has been throughout his historic career. He makes the game easier for his team when he's in attack mode, and find his rhythm by attacking the paint or posting up. He has a great chance to have the best finals series of his career and hopefully he can continue to stay in attack mode, and hopefully his teammates will meet him halfway and help him win his third title and fourth title for the Heat franchise.
Thanks for all the great memories, LeBron! The show must go on! #Heatnation

Who gives a flying F&*K what Cleveland Fans think or feel? Why does it even matter? I never understood why what a Cleveland Cavalier fan's feelings were had to do with what Lebron James did. He was an employee of an organization, he finished his contract and chose to move to a new organization.

Eh, nice try but using a "boob job" as the reason for the divorce projects a level of superficiality on "Tiffany" and makes "Ben" (the Cavs organization) a sympathetic character. That's not really fair to what actually happened in Cleveland. A more fair analogy would be that Tiffany wanted to settle down but Ben kept on finding excuses not to marry her just yet. Fed up, she found "Carlos" who was ready to settle down with her right away and married her. My story isn't that good either but it's better than the "boob job" reason .

Well the boob job is the rings. Miami being rich ( Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh ) which is the reason he left the poor cavs ( not good supporting cast )

What? :-? He did leave the Cavs because of a poor supporting cast. Wade and Bosh are 1000x the supporting player Mo Williams was and Spo is a much much better coach than Brown, especially now. In 2011 he struggled with the offense but Spo has shown good offensive and defensive coaching, something Brown never did.

Let's try a different analogy.

Ben is a brilliant software engineer. He is forced to take a job at a crappy company right out of college. Everyone can tell he is the best at his job in the world but his company just sucks. He stays for 7 years trying to make them better. His work is so good that he turns them from a laughingstock company to a pretty good company.

But Ben wants to work for the best company. Another company contacts him and offers him a deal when his old contract is over. Its for less money but they just hired some other great employees who happen to be friends of his. The company is also located in Maui instead of Alaska.

He obviously takes the job and no one blames him because he waited for his contract to be over and then weighed his options and took the best job available to him. He forgoes money to change jobs and on the way out he raises a bunch for charities as he announces he is switching jobs.

Ben's relatives and friends understand why his old company is a little bitter (although the huge hate billboard the old owner wrote in crayon seemed a little over the top) but they don't understand why all the other companies hate him, especially the companies that used to have really good engineers back in the 90s, 80s and 60s.
Your emotions fuel the narratives that you create. You see what you want to see. You believe what you want to believe. You ascribe meaning when it is not there. You create significance when it is not present.

You do realize the 15 point outburst of the Spurs in Game 1 is responsible of most of this right? He was nothing short of incredible in Game 2, yet small sample size may lead to ridiculous outcomes, just like in this case.

Bravo! You sir... Win the internet! The Cavs are a lousy and incompetent organization. Dan Gilbert is a terrible owner and a scumbag. Even with being gifted multiple lottery wins, they can't do squat - I hope Kyrie runs as far as he can from that joke of a team and organization.

Chopper makes a valid point. When James was out in game #1, suddenly the Heat didn't know what to do.

Wade knew what to do... get him the ball, and run the offense through him, but it seemed his teammates forgot.

Game 1 was an aberration for varies reasons. The Heat aren't that bad without LeBron typically. The production does falter a bit when he rests but it doesn't plummet as it did in Game 1.

Possibly. Certainly 'Spo thinks so. But these are the finals, not some regular season game .vs. some mediocre team. The Spurs closed out OKC without Tony Parker, and hardly missed a beat. Not so easy with a James-led team that so easily become dependent on the attention he draws, the open looks he creates, not to mention the problems he can clean up on D.

If I remember correctly, it's pretty hypocritical (and extremely hilarious at the same time) for a Cavs fan to say that while sporting a Spurs logo.

It's hilarious when Cavs fans try to take Lebron down at any opportunity they get.
Saying he's already top 5 all time is NOT at all stupid if you know the history of the league and you realise what he really accomplished, instead of just counting rings (in which case, Horry > Jordan).

But it is funny when a Cavs fan disguised as a Spurs fan dismisses that statement without even bothering to give an argument against it.

agreed. You had the best player in the draft for seven years of his career and you failed consistently to put a winning team around him. The best teammate they were able to get him in all that time was Mo Williams which my Bucks literally gave away for peanuts. Then after he left they got not one, not two, but THREE #1 overall picks. Cleveland fans have nothing to complain about.

I just checked on his stats : 27ppg 56%fg 40% 3's 81% ft's and he had a 7 points game against the pacers. :o
That's not fair. :noway:
Who was the last guy to drop those kind of stats in playoffs ? Maybe Shaq and Kobe did it.
