IF Kyrie does end up getting traded, the Cavs will find away to bring in legit players to replace him. They could push for and get both Bledsoe and Carmelo somehow.
Bledsoe
JR
Melo
Lebron
Love
Thats still the #1 team in the East

Lebron says he is blindsided but i think kyrie sees the writing on the wall and doesnt wanna be stuck in cleavland by himself.

Yeah, then it makes sense to demand a trade next off season. Not right now.
The report is that he doesn't want to play second fiddle to anyone and wants to be the man. Maybe he got his hopes up and LeBron told him he wasn't leaving, lol.

Golden State literally broke their spirits with the ass kicking they put on them.
It was a nice run for Cleveland though.
Handsome.

This reminds me of a story Rick Fox recently told me about Kobe, it was very intersting....wondering if I should make a new thread about it.

It's interesting - not that many teams with pieces to make a trade for Kyrie.
Orlando I could see being very interested in sending Payton and pieces to Cleveland for Kyrie and maybe taking on a bad salary.
Denver would be an interesting landing spot to, and they can send Mudiay plus pieces (and taking on bad salary).
Phoenix sending back Bledsoe and some guys would be very interesting - Kyrie-Booker-Jackson as a young foundation trio?
But where else would there be the types of players that would make sense for Cleveland to take back?

Mr. Collusion himself is getting left high and dry. Good karma. Hopefully Love wants to leave to after being on trade rumors year after year.

It's hard to believe the Cavs had the most freakish talent in NBA history born in their backyard, had him fall into their laps in the draft, saw him return for their sake, and end up with a grand total of one title.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Another possibility. A lot of messed up things happening with the cavs.

If Kyrie wants out, Dan Gilbert needs to do everything he can to get something out of a Lebron trade. There's no way he's staying with no Kyrie.

The league needs to step in. I'd honestly rather he go to Boston then get sent West and make the conference even weaker.

Lebron won't accept any trade.

A package from Pheonix would work best for the Cavs, in terms of appeasing LeBron somewhat (with Bledsoe) and at the same time, preparing for what seems like his inevitable departure (with other assets coming with Bledsoe).

He won his ring, making his $ and will stand to make a lot more. At this point I'd be like that too.
Wasn't he in the rumor mill back around draft time, supposedly being sent to Phoenix?
Maybe something like Irving and Shump for Chandler and Bledsoe would get it done?
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.
