Lavine is so underrated. His dunking actually works against him as the casual RealGMer thinks that's his strength...

But Booker can create his own shot while Lavine is more of a spot up and screen shooter, therefore Booker can be a first option on offense while Lavine will be a second. So Booker it is for me.

Durant at the same age was already the league's scoring champ at 30.1ppg at significantly better True Shooting %.
Lebron at 21- 31.4ppg
Jordan as a 21 year old rookie - 28.2

Booker is a great scorer but he's still way behind at this point in his career.

The per 36 numbers are incredibly close.
Booker - 26.3 pts
James - 26.5 pts
Jordan - 26.5 pts

Booker not even close to being close. Booker is a better at every position if put there than LaVine. Scores at all three levels, more creative, gets his shot off anywhere and anytime, better rebounder, better passer, & better charisma and mentality to be "The Man" for a franchise.

Is this still a one sided debate or what?

I think Lavine still has that odd 2-handed release, right. And small hands, or at least he does everything 2-handed. He's been inconsistent his whole life going back to UCLA

Lol at the not even close narrative and the "he scored 70"! Lavine could have scored that much in that situation.

They are equal.
