Never understood the appeal to anyone over ten.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

No way. 90s nostalgia is awesome

Honestly, 96 when Space Jam came out is like the pinnacle year of movies ever:

Independence Day
Twister
Mission Impossible
The Rock
Ransom
Jerry Maguire
12 Monkeys
Broken Arrow
Fargo
Executive Decision
Fear
The Subsitute
The Quest
Jack
Tin Cup
Sleepers
Jingle All The Way

There's little reason for an adult to see the first one too.

But I agree, Lonny Tunes are so 90s. But idk what they'd do today? Fortnite? Like there is very little kids entertainment that people even in their 20s find legitimate.

Hate to be that guy, but the original Looney Tunes cartoon were from 1930-1969. I'm 35, I watched it in the 80/90's, and my dad watched it before me some 30 years before me. I guess syndication has gone down, I've asked some teens, and they didn't watch a lot of episodes of it. My 11 year old nephew probably never saw an episode. Space Jam did come out at a perfect time, every generation then had seen Looney Tunes, and MJ was at the height of his popularity with his return.

Jordan was the best player in the league tho and winning chips.

Except he had been retired for 2 years. He wasn't "in the league" or "winning chips".

I don't understand what you mean. Space Jam was released in '96...Jordan was active and winning chips.

The film would need a cameo of MJ..

then we'd see Jordan and LeBron on the same screen having a conversation, that would be cool

I would have to go with GeorgeMarcus here that '94 was a better movie year. However, 1996 may be the best year for music of the last 40 years.

2021? Are you kidding me? This should of been done when Lebron was at the height of his game and popularity, like 6-7 years ago.

It was filmed in '94 before he went back to the NBA though. If he doesn't go back to the NBA the film would be looked at very differently.

Who knows maybe Lebron will win a chip in 2021 right before this is released. Nike will make it happen.
