This officially ends the Knicks era in NYC and they should seriously consider moving to Seattle.
You absolutely hated KP--when did he become one of the best players in franchise history?Oh, I get it, you're bashing the Knicks again....
he proved me wrong, he has a unique size and skill. You traded that away to get a chance to sign 2 max cats, yet your crosstown rival one upped you and took the 2 max cats, and you are left with nothing. This is the darkest day in knicks history by far. I genuinely feel bad for all knicks fans right now.
KP proved you wrong while sitting out the last year?!

RIP magnumt--you're literally why I'm still here on these boards.
RIP The Hater--keep up the good fight in the great beyond.

If he wants to play for the corny nets, that’s an indictment against him, not the Knicks lol. This is the Knicks’ city. That won’t change.

At least the five boroughs of New York City are no longer a joke.
Though I will patiently wait for the Knicks to become good/great, and not overpaying guys like Julius Randle will help the Knicks get to that point.

Knicks have been **** over by Silver in two of the more recent drafts by dropping in the lotto and people enjoy that type of sabotage.
I'm not upset at all over the news, Nets deserved this and I hope this is a wake up call for the Knicks to make logical decisions for the better and not to shake up headlines.
It goes both ways. NBA fans are confused why the media puts so much focus on a 17 win team that in any other market would probably not attract any national attention?
So when something like this happens it's more a backlash to the media and their obsession with the Knicks.

It'll be interesting to see if some younger fans in NY might gravitate to the Nets. I've been to NY for all of two days so I have no idea
Knicks should shift gears

Honestly, when they decided not to trade for AD I figured the KD/Irving plan was gone, and truthfully it didnt make sense. They dont have the supporting cast Brooklyn does.
Randle and Russell. These are the 2 that fit their timeline and are better than advertised. Still will be a huge summer with these 2.

As long as the FO doesn't panic and fire Fizdale after another really bad year(or two) and they go looking for the biggest name to replace the current gm and a bigger name to replace Fizdale. For example if Billy Donovan gets fired I could see the Knicks going to get him and sell him to the fanbase(Florida, OKC, Long Island guy) or better yet they go get the original Billy Donovan: Rick Pitino. With the past 19 years I wouldn't put anything past that FO.

Chill, this is still a 2021/22 move. Nets won't make it out of the first round this year. I doubt they even win it in 2021, but watch out 2022. But by that time hopefully, the knicks will have premium assets and make a move in 2021. I don't think the nets are doing anything will 2021 and I think knicks become a contender in 2022. I think it's not set in stone yet.

Gotta feel bad that No one wants to come to the knicks. All their picks as of late are ass with 0 potential. Management effs up every year; i thought my lakers were bad, but the knicks are like the 80 90s 00 clippers with comedy after comedy type moves. As much as i want to laugh, it wouldn't be fair. I actually pity the fsns amd i want to see them turn it around

As a Celtics fan, I do feel bad for the Knicks. They can’t get anyone. I don’t think they are even close too. The fact the nets got 2 all star level talents over them is a sign of concern. They have got to find a way to move on from Dolan. It’s insane how New York City hasn’t got a legit team in a long ass time

You weren't sabotaged. The draft odds were announced a year ago. You fired up your tank despite this knowledge. Moving forward there will be no more guarantees with early picks. You need free agency to pan out because tanking effectively with the new odds is a nightmare

This post stream is just wonderful... Perfect example of trolling... The thing about trolling, IMO, is there is usually some deep seeded resentment or plain hatred pushing the desire to troll. Have the rules changed regarding trolling over the years? Asking for a friend...

There are no good intentions behind this thread title, this is clearly baiting.
