Yeah he is bipolar. My partner is bipolar so I get what he is going through. It's a horrible illness and really sad to see someone going through an episode. Doesn't mean he is doing drugs or is drunk but if someone is going through that it can look like they are. A lot of people that are bipolar do end up homeless if they don't have a support system in place.

West strikes me as the type of dude that "likes" to hang out with those who are homeless and in that life because he relates to them mentally. Most people who are living on the streets have some type of mental disorder or they would off themselves instead.

I think NBA should make it so you're eligible for retirement money by 52, staying afloat for a lot of ball players who run out of money seems to be a big problem – lowering the age eligibility from 62 to 52 would be a big help.

That can be true. Whenever I visit the hospital and end up getting to know the other patients you probably find at least half of them are homeless and I often see them on the outside just wandering the streets. They are generally the ones with no family... kind of sad.
