Whenever I’m in an arena to watch a game, the first question I ask is where are al the murals of the owner and his family? Because you never get tired of those....

It reminds me of Ted Rogers, owner of Rogers Communications in Canada. They own the Toronto Blue Jays. Family worth over $10B. The Blue Jays have won 2 world series. Outside of the stadium, they have one statue. Ted Rogers. I live near the stadium,and I never fail to shake my head passing it. A statue of Joe Carter hitting the world series with a home run? Nope. A statue of an old man in a business suit.

To be fair, I'd probably do a lot more outrageous stuff than this if I had 10 billion dollars to play with.

his kids put the statue up after he died. When called out, they said that he deserved it for "saving" the team. As if there was any chance it would ever leave. It looks so silly out there. Walking past it with my girlfriend she asked "who is that of" and when I said his name (everyone here knows the name Ted Rogers), she asked the obvious "why the hell does he have a statue outside a baseball stadium?"

Morey signed his extension during Fertitta's second season as owner. That should've been more than enough time for Morey to know the kind of man he was working for.

I think it was clear that Harden just hated Paul (and vice versa), and told them "Trade him for my guy, or I'll ask for a trade".
