Nobody said Kyrie was the best player in that series except you. Lebron led both teams in every category. He was the best player and it’s not even close. Sounds like you didn’t watch that series and just remember the highlight of Kyrie’s shot.
Lebron being a better overall player isn’t mutually exclusive with Kyrie being the guy who hit timely shots, closed the series out or pushed them over the top. For those reasons I consider him the best that series, or at Absolute worst equally important. Without game five Kyrie they absolutely do not come back in that series.
I’m also not judging based on one shot. Kyrie was coming up big all series long. As others already pointed out he had a monster series why would he have to thank LeBron for anything?
Maybe the better wording on my part would be most important rather than a better player. Kyrie was white took them over the edge for the come back not LeBron
