Is Kyrie going to be without food and water for this entire series?

Sunset in Boston is around 7:30. Btw Jaylen Brown also observes Ramadan.

This series is going to be great. I definitely see it going 6 or 7.

Early start time means Kyrie and Brown will be fasted through at least the 1st and prob some of the 2nd Q.

I'm not seeing the reality behind his bravado. Game 1 was a seesaw and required a Tatum buzzer beater. Durant was very subpar, don't expect this to continue. If anything, this is showing to be a tight series.

Who are we talking about here? Kessler Edwards?

And Cam Thomas. Not ideal options but far better than playing Mills and Curry who are worthless if they aren't scoring at least 15 points to offset the poor defense and rebounding
Cam Thomas is awful, he's worse defensively than those guys, and he's a sub 30% 3pt shooter.

Damn Kyrie fined 50K for giving the Celtics fans the Middle Finger.

Not a Nets fan at all, yet Tatum's game-winner still feels heartbreaking. That parquet floor is one of the toughest for opponents to win on, and I can't help but feel that was the Nets' best opportunity during this roadstand. It's going to haunt KD if he loses this series.

Law of averages suggests the Nets' superstar will play better tonight, but what about the rest of the team? Kyrie's going to have to tap into his improved playmaking since he'll probably get more double teams, and I'm not sure Brooklyn will get the same bench production they had last game.

The Nets' undersized backcourt is where they're sorely missing Ben Simmons. Joe Harris, even; he's not an elite defender by any stretch, but he at least has a much more matchable height than any of his team's playable guards.

Nash needs to be careful about not going oversmall, especially while they're getting overwhelmingly outrebounded as it is. As iffy as I am about LMA in this match-up, what's the point of giving Drummond more playtime if he's not crashing the boards like he's paid to do? It's much easier for Horford to commit more defensive attention to KD as well when Drummond is barely an afterthought.

Either way, I'm stoked for tonight. Please don't let this be a quick series.

Your opinion. I'd rather give him a shot than roll out more small lineups which is doomed to fail. And who cares about his 3 pt shooting? He is a scorer and knows how to put the ball in the hoop. Besides, Kyrie and KD is going to take most of the shots anyway.

I am ready to witness a masterpiece from Kevin Durant. But somehow the celtics manage to win game 2, then it will be verry hard for the Nets to overcome 2-0 deficit. Winning 4 out of 5 games aganist the Celtics wont be an easy task , so Nets have to win tonight

Well said!

Now add the time zone difference for me and others... my Warriors' games start at midnight.

Imagine how much I manage to sleep before waking up at 6am to work the next day...

I mean no really, it happens all the time. First 4 games are taken by the home teams and then you have yourself a three game series.

Simple adage but no reason to overreact until the home team loses.

And certainly some masterpiece KD games are coming, no doubt.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
