But he smart enough to know you can't post that to millions of people

We can invent hypotheticals all day and they aren't going to be helpful or productive, Ant apologized because what he said was wrong --- at least, if we take what he said seriously.

BTW, justifying people holding hateful beliefs is a pretty **** thing to do. Sure, he can say whatever he wants, but that shouldn't mean he is free from the consequences.

Yeah that is not good. It's also the danger of giving immature people such a big platform.

I say immature because his commentary sounded like the type of coping that happens when young people are affronted by people just being themselves so proudly. You don't have to be young to have it, you could also no be well exposed to this or brought up in a culture that pressures you to conform.

When you make an offhanded comment and video on a platform where millions of people can see it, it is no longer just in his car. If you saw a big dude walking into the gym from the parking lot, recorded him, and posted it on social media while commenting "look at this fat a**" it very much becomes a public ridicule of that persons appearance.

Now did edwards do something super terrible..maybe not as I am sure the people he was recording are proud of their appearance, and maybe he just wanted to point out that they looked over the top, which is not exactly an offensive thing to say.

How people of color are overly sensitive and they shouldn’t use the word if others can’t use it. Also how he’s a millionaire he shouldn’t care what people say to him. Just go into any police shooting situation and you will get the undertone of the situation on how people feel. As for the topic shouldn’t have gone public with a situation he felt this way about when you know you are a brand.
