Spurs commentator is just frustrated, lol, "don't leave him". He's right, but the Spurs defense isn't worst in the NBA because they've been playing smart, disciplined defense all season.

And why is the Clippers' D right next to ours?

Clippers are 9th in Drtg, Spurs are 30th. If you said the Clippers offense, that would make more sense, they are 26th in Ortg, Spurs are 28th. Unless you mean why is the Clippers defense right next to the Spurs in THIS game, but anything can happen in one game.

I don't know if anyone else caught a call in the Knicks game, but NBA refs are just horrendous. The Knicks had to challenge an obvious non foul, and it stood. Even on replay it wasn't a foul.

It takes a while for teams to gel, settle into roles, especially when a big star joins. You'd think it would be easier, but the O gravitates to that new star and adjustments must be made and gotten used to.

We must be careful to compare a raw rookie to an established defensive star. Solid rookie year for him overall. Love him!

For the Cavs to become a contender, Evan Mobley has to take his game to another level. Every game I've watched him play this year (about 6 games), he looked pedestrian. Not terrible, but not great either. I'm left unimpressed.

Our commentators were talking about this ^. Players who can't play or are resting for whatever reason but are traveling with the team should HAVE to do autograph signings/photos for like an hour before or after the game.

He was getting a significant amount of Duncan comps last season. As an older 21 year old, we can safely allow those to die (Tim was easily better as a 19 year old Junior at Wake than Mobley's current form). Very good player, but he would have had a jump in his game this season if there was a legend in the midst.

Oh, you're serious? If you've ever bought a ticket you would notice that it says one team will play another team. That contract is fulfilled. You would be laughed out of court if you could find an attorney foolish enough to file suit.

I don’t care what the ticket says. It’s like buying a concert ticket to Hootie and the Blowfish and Hootie doesn’t show up. There is always discretion with these games and fine print doesn’t always matter

Green has chronic back problems, is playing significant minutes at center at 6’5”, has a game predicated on a huge effort to play above his size, and is now in his mid 30s. And they went to overtime against the team with the best record in the NBA yesterday.

I think the solution would be to have players just play 10 minutes. That would be a bit of consolation for the fans and the injury risk would be low. However, there would have to be some kind of agreement that the stats in those games dont count, cause of how they would impact the season averages and a players legacy.
