I can't gauge them because their playoff opponents have been so soft. Nothing against the celtics but they haven't been tested at all in the playoffs (regular season and playoffs are different things).

At this moment in time, with the Wolves higher than they have been in franchise history, I wouldn’t want to play them.

You don’t win the championship during your large sample—you win it in the playoffs.

The playoffs are a different game. The Celtics should know that by now, but it seems like they’re happy being eliminated playing their RS-quality ball.

D rating Wolves are actually not first and neither is Boston.

Coach Finch stresses defense in the first half of the seasons practices because it's easy to get early wins playing defense while teams are getting into the swing of things. In the second half he stresses more offense since the defensive groundwork has been laid. Wolves were a much better offense post AS break than they were pre.

We know we match up great with anyone, especially the Celtics, who we beat and took to OT without half our lineup in the RS. The Wolves length makes them a matchup problem for any team.

And who is supposed to be the most talented team? You can easily make the case Minnesota is the more talented team. Also, TWolves have been hot all year. They were in first place the majority of the season.
