I think Portland is the best "bad" team I've seen

They had a ton of injuries last season with Timelord, Brogdon, Grant, Sharpe and Ayton all missing a bunch of games from various ailments so they never had a full squad except in the first 20 games of the season.

They're also one of the worst 3pt shooting teams in the league so if they could pick up a couple decent shooters they should be better than last season but with the west being so deep they'll at best be outside the play in maybe around the 12 or 13th seed at best.

Hornets wizards will be worst so the chances get 1st is lower

They have some good pieces for sure but I’m not sold on Chauncey Billups as HC. I lurked the Blazers forum during the season and noticed many/most Blazers feel the same way that the job seems way too big for him.
