Why are you purposely missing down 2 with 5 seconds left?

Houston maybe? They could have the right combo of wanting to make that big splash + young talent to trade + they played hardball with Sengun's extension, didn't they?

The first one wasn't on purpose. It was just a miss. The second was an attempt to salvage the first miss and maybe get a board to tie it.

I know this feels awful and yea its bad but its early season folks. Pacer fans, this could very easily be a blip you have no recollection of in about 5 weeks time. These first 5-10 games feel like life and death but they are often fairly inconsequential, teams can look totally different in a few weeks. It's a bad look no doubt so not saying it means nothing, but don't take it too hard.

This is true. We have played bad basketball in these 3 games and it's not really going to matter if we manage to fix things and start playing better. Still, when you play as bad as we have, you have to admit it and you have to tip your hat to the other team.
