He gets the same 35% max whether he stays in Denver or another team. He will just not get the 5th year or 8% rises with a different team.
Though on a bigger market team he'd make a ton more on marketing. LeBron makes more from endorsements than salary for example.

That 5th year at 37yo would be ~80m with roughly ~10m loss in those 3 years with the 3% difference in salary increases. He's also never fully explored all of his endorsements options currently as it just doesn't fit his lifestyle.

Outside of his shoe deal, I can't think of anything he endorses off the court.
