Running the offense just through curry has been proven to be fools gold

Dude is just not the guy

Kerr needs to run the action through Wiggins and let curry and Thompson play the wings

And costly turnovers by draymond

This is looking more and more like the raptors cs the warriors without Kevin Durant- 538 said the raptors were better just like the Celtics

For as good as Curry was, no he wasn’t the best player on the floor. That was Jaylen Brown. Yes Curry had more points but half of his output came in the first quarter. He couldn’t get it going when it mattered. Brown did and in turn gave his team the momentum and confidence to propel them to a win.

It was actually more than half of his output came in the 1st quarter. He scored 62% of his points (21 of his 34 points) in the 1st quarter. He shot 7/9 in the first quarter and 5/16 the rest of the game.

He was vintage Curry in the 1st quarter and looked like he was going to have a vintage Curry performance of 40+ points including 10-ish made 3s. He was other-worldly in the 1st quarter and pretty bad the rest of the game.

Magic Johnson is 1-4 in Finals games when Kareem isn’t on his team, and 1-8 in games in Finals series when Kareem played less than 29 minutes per game.

Lebron has only won 1 championship without James Jones.

So we need to get rid of these dumb takes about on/off and what a team does with or without teammates.

A good teammate isn't trying to do better without a teammate. You play with who is on the court at the time....

boom. At yet some people still think curry is better than KD lol its a joke. KD is the better player.

Durant is 1-4 in Finals games without Curry, and Durant lost to Curry in 2016.

Curry wasn’t exposed but 4 of his 3s in the first were like miscommunication no one around him shots. Once that stopped he came back down to earth.

Magic is incredibly overrated. He is probably the most overrated player in history all things considered.
Regarding Curry, he is just a very streaky player based purely on his greatest asset which is long distance shooting which has a lot of variance and is less reliablw than other shots. This why he can score 21 points in 1 quarter and then being barely notice for the rest of the match.
KD balanced this aspect of Curry very well by providing a consistent scoring option at every moment in the game.

There are some people that think every quarter is exactly the same and what happens in the first quarter means exactly the same as what happens in the 4th quarter. I would rather my team peak in the 4th than peak in the 1st quarter.....

Facts.

2 minutes left in the 4th quarter and down by 2... Do you rely on screen action to get Curry a open shot, or do you prefer putting the ball in someone's hands that can get a clean look for the mid-range?

People underrate iso-scoring way too much here.

Noone wanted to take the shot outside of Curry on the Dubs.

They dont have enough (confidence) firepower.

How is it looking like another series when they've only played 1 game?

Kerr is going to adjust so the Celtics shouldn't celebrate just yet.

Then why didn’t the Thunder beat the Warriors in 2016?

In the 4th quarter of game 7 Curry had 15 points on 83/67/100 shooting splits and Durant had 12 points on 44/50/100 shooting splits.

I don’t get the Curry hate. The man was the only player doing anything for the Warriors.

Also, let’s not forget KD series against this Celtics team in round 1. 38% for the series!

Front running is his forte. Let’s be real in the playoffs so far klay has been more clutch in elimination games that the Warriors have advanced!

I don't understand, why are some people allowed to troll at will and even have mods create threads for them?

Is it just postcount?

So if this was a Stephanie praising thread it wouldn’t be trolling? You Steph fans are the best
