Hawks demolish a surprisingly consistent Wizards team that had won 5 out of their last 7 including an 18 point win against the TWolves. The whole team really stepped up in this one. Trae Young had yet another 30+ point/10+ assist game. I believe that was his 20th of the year. Next guy behind him I think is Luka with only ten. Unreal how great Trae Young is. Easily the best guard in the NBA.

Luka is a point forward, Steph has missed what half the season?

Trae being the best guard in the NBA doesn't make them lesser.

Right, so according to this injuries and other circmunstances shouldn't count for the Hawks but they should count for the rest?

Literally no one is pounding their chest about any of that. Good job painting an entire fanbase based on nothing though. I was under the impression that was frowned upon in this establishment. Guess that only applies to certain teams/fans.

I imagine there's a lot of NBA teams at panic level that the Hawks are in the playoffs now.

And none of them had 16 players out at the same time with covid and injuries. Only the Hawks did. And they managed to come back from 17-25 and make the playoffs and do it by winning two must win games.

I don't see why, they've extended their season by only 5 games.
