And Ill tell you what, if I’m Brooklyn, I’d want no part of Simmons without heavy compensation. Because I promise you, a year from now we’ll be hearing complaints about touches, role on the team and passive aggressive comments from Simmons and Kyrie. It’s inevitable. Headcase divas rarely ever become egoless superstars.

Him and Kevin Durant are enough to win a Championship. Even with his subpar play the two of them were #2 in the East.
Then KD got injured for a month. Since then almost all games have been on the road. Meaning he has had Kyrie.
In 10 days the All Star game will happen. And KD will be back after.
As long as he gets to play with KD he should be satisfied. Even if Kyrie only plays on the road. And there is a decent chance the mandate will be repealed in NYC by April.
If he decides in FA he wants to play in Philly thats fine.
But what is with the antics? Faking injury, quitting on the team, ruining what little chemistry we have left?
Why not be professional and wait out the season. This man is looking for happiness but can't find it anywhere.
Not with Dwight, not with CP3, not with Westbrook, now not with Durant.
He won't find it in Philly either. Wait till Embiid is out for 30 games and he has to carry the load again. How will he react?
James certainly has hurt his own legacy since forcing himself out of Houston, but winning a championship will justify it, but I don't believe Brooklyn, or Philadelphia gets him one.
Philadelphia must be losing hope for a Summons trade and believe Harden is the best they'll receive at this point.

Harden doesn't have to carry the team. Are you forgetting Kevin Durant is coming back soon?
I agree Nash sucks. And somehow has escaped any blame for a disastrous season. Hes been a failure at every level. And sohuld be fired immediately.

Huge odds change in the last 20 minutes
Harden was +125, Simmons +110 to be traded about 20 minutes ago on Draftkings
Both are in the -110 range right now, that's a big shift in 20 mins, means money came in on the trade happening.

Easy to escape blame as coach when you're players all hate each other and are fighting with each other or trying to figure out if the earth is flat or not.

Yeah youre right.
A team featuring Kyrie and Harden should lose 9 in a row.
Nash bares no blame.

Literally not even close to what I said. He does deserve blame. Just that it's easy for him to get overshadowed by the crazies you all decided to build a team around.

Hes literally a terrible coach.
If not for him Harden wouldn't be so upset in the first place.

He’s also the coach with zero experience that was handpicked by the two superstars. This is a cautionary tale of what happens when you let players make personnel and coaching decisions.

Could just be the west coast bettors waking up and reacting to the "James Harden wants to go to Philly" headlines.

If the Nets get Simmons, Thybulle and Curry (bonus points for Drummond) for Harden and Brown (mills not included), they can win it all this season.

Dame is in the same boat...prob wants out but is scared to look bad ...and the FO prob wants to move him but might be scared of the backlash

I don't buy that for a second. Harden would still be doing this because this is who Harden is and your guys lockerroom is a non-stop drama.
You're right though, he is a bad coach, but far for the first reason Harden wants out.

That rumor from yesterday is already way debunked. One, if it was real, other media guys would have it. Two, that's Henry Abbott, he had this rumor last summer and Dame blasted him to his face on Twitter for it being fake and his sources being wrong lmao.

I dont see how he fits the timeline tho...

Need to wait til the summer to see how the final roster looks before we can judge timeline. 3/4s of the current team won't be on the roster after this season, so who knows what the Blazers will look like after most of FA this summer.
Silly to think the current Blazers roster is what they're gonna have next year with some rookies lol.

Music to my ears.
So what time can we expect the Harris to OKC trade announced?

I would think that Morey will give Marks until 2:30 or so.
And even if they don't trade Harris, the Sixers are still in good shape here. It is really hard to imagine that Harden can come back to the team. I have read in other places that Woj has basically been Marks' mouthpiece through all of this, and he has been trying really hard to help Marks prop up the price for Harden...even in the face of continued reporting that Harden wanted to leave. My guess is it came to a head after that little Windhorst vs Woj soap opera yesterday. Woj finally had to stop carrying water for Marks and do a 180 on his reporting.
To be clear I am 100% fine with doing nothing with Simmons and waiting until the summer. Every active player on the Sixers who will be on the roster at 3:01PM will be happy lacing them up for the rest of the season.
How do you think it will be with the Nets? Huh? Be honest now...you think that hamstring is going to magically heal?
