Celtics have got away with a lot.

This is my issue with the inconsistent whistle. Celtics got away with a lot early and it helped their momentum. They would have hit most of those 3s anyways but when Dallas is driving, can't get a whistle and then you run it down and hit a transition 3 it is just a back breaker. That was what the Warriors used to do and we have seen how deadly that is when the refs let it go and you eat a 5 point swing multiple times in just a few minutes.

Now the Celtics are getting hit with some calls but the Mavs have zero rhythm and the game turns into a slog.

The NBA is notorious for this. Don't give calls early to one team, and other team goes on a run. Game gets out of hand and losing team is basically out of the game and then they start calling fouls. Now I'm looking for something else to watch lol

That’s always been his struggle. He doesn’t have that quick first step like Brown & Edwards so it’s hard for him to blow by defenders & why he always settles for step back 3’s

It ain't over. Celtics are incredibly hot right now. It'll cool off. Mavs will make adjustments at some point that slows things down.

This is the most Mavericks **** ever. They’re always dog **** in game 1. They’re always dog **** after an extended break. They were down 25 against OKC in game 1 and down 25 against a Kawhi less clippers in game 1.

Only game one but some of the hilarious pre game takes are getting absolutely exposed.

Firstly, as a million Celtic fans said, we are simply much better with Kristaps.

Secondly, Kyrie and Luka no matter how you try and spin it are not lock down defenders and the Celtics are relentlessly picking on them and other weak defenders.

We are not like the Wolves with all these offensive weaknesses.
