Jokic about to be a 2x Champ, 2x FMVP, 3x MVP, yet Mr. Can’tgetoutofthesecondround is still better because of a couple of regular season games

Man is crying himself to sleep. You can genuinely see the desperate nature in some fans as their position gets harder and harder and harder to defend.
Nothing hard to defend. Jokic had a great game yes. He also did it against someone who has come up small in the playoffs, every single time he's showed up, even though he's won DPOY over and over again. All Jokic did was show up Gobert for the fraud that he is. Until he does it against Embiid in the playoffs, there will always be an asterisk to his dominance.
Also I'd say you've got your own problems to worry about. Least the Sixers have tons of capspace to revamp the roster. What moves do the Suns have?
Do you really wanna go there having in mind who do you root for?
Sorry I forgot that Gobert was injured every single time he played in the playoffs.

Hunting stats, flopping like a fish and throwing yourself onto the ground takes a toll on the body.

Why is Embiid always so badly injured in the 4th quarters and in the most important games?

Jokic is a guy that needs a superstar like Murray to make his game work. He can't take over without that second punch on the perimeter the way other ATGs could. Now that Murray has been exposed, so has Jokic. What's funny is that those really watching told you this year's ago when he only got the sixth seed without him.
To me he is the third best player in the NBA - Luka and Embiid are comfortably ahead of him. Last year he took advantage of an injured field, and a weakened conference in a transition year. He had Murray playing like a superstar and to his credit got it done. But his awards don't match his greatness and in a few years everyone will come around to what I'm saying here right now.

You know who else was injured in this postseason?
Jamal Murray, Luka Doncic, Jalen Brunson, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Karl-Anthony Towns, Reggie Jackson, and several other guys still playing. Did anybody feel bad for the Nuggets when they lost the first two games at home? Do the Knicks win some special prize for winning without 4 of their 5 highest paid players?
There are no special rules for Embiid. Every team is dealt the injury hand it's dealt and they have to live with it. It's not everybody else's problem that he's been hurt badly 11 years in a row (all 10 pro seasons and his only college season). Part of what makes a great player is the ability to, you know, actually play.

Just makes him unlucky, and the rest very lucky. Can't really blame a player for his availability. You deal with the odds that are given to you, Embiid unfortunately hit the genetic and NBA talent lottery but was given a body made of toilet paper.
Also, do all the teams that didn't advance or are on the verge of burning out in the playoffs because of injury, Bucks, Heat, Sixers, Knicks are falling apart, Mavs are injured, Clippers, Pelicans, Cavs.
The whole point, is to be annointed the best you need to beat the best, not the luckiest of the bunch that didn't get hurt.

Actually is, Embiid was on his way to a unanimous MVP, before he got hurt.

This is the greatest hijinx in NBA history. The dude is amazing but Embiid is better and schools him everytime.
What's worse is that that dodo Gobert is a multi dpoy winner while Embiid has destroyed him every time he's played.
What a terrible outcome for us these last 10 years

The NBA has been ruined by gambling, massive TV deals, and the greedy Adam Silver not giving two **** about player wellbeing, and just relying on whatever this bs is. If you want to do it like that, better to have the NBA playoffs be like the NFL, where it's one and done each round.

So, basically, you just said there's an asterisk to Jokic's greatness because Embiid can't make it out of the 2nd round.
Jokic has cooked Gobert, Towns, Reid, Adebayo, Davis, and Ayton these last two postseasons. Some of them twice now.
Embiid still checks under his bed for playoff Al Horford.

Peak Embiid hasn’t been able to beat Old Man Al Horford, that says a lot.

Embiid is the best player in the league against the bottom teams for 40 games / season.

Fact is Embiid lead the MVP Straw Poll 1.0 with 848 Total points to Jokic with 630 points - 63 first place votes to 21 first place votes.
I have to admit that even i would have voted for Embiid at the time of his injury but to say that he was on his way to an "unanonymous MVP" is point blank wrong. Just because how last season turn out there would have always been a few voters who never would have placed Joel 1st just because of his playoffs 2023 - even if they should knew that this is not how an MVP voting works.

They don't hang banners for winning random regular season home games.

Joker has literally fried this psycho's brain.
The playoffs are a "farce" because his idol is one of the biggest superstar chokers the game have ever seen (he currently holds the record for biggest PPG drop-off from an MVP regular season to playoffs).
He just got out-impacted by Jalen Brunson and was booted in the first round for his latest crowning achievement.
Meanwhile, Jokic is one of the most dominant playoff players EVER. Who just pulled his team out of the depths down 0-2 heading on the road and proceeded to drop 40/13/7 against the DPOY and the team built to defend him with the series on the line.
I couldn't make this sh*t up if I tried.
