Yes, but you had 24 seconds left, just needed a guy who can run the court and shoot a 3 if he gets open or semi open, or just get the ball at a 3 point line.

You'd think Dorsey could do that but he froze Gianni out in crunch-time and got blocked on a 3 attempt, and apparently committed a foul in the process :lol:

(remember, Giannis' official FIBA career high before todays game was 25 points. He is different this time, shut up idiots like me for sure)

What is important for Greece is we finally got Giannis to be productive, and Giannis found a way to be comfortable in FIBA.
All the brothers looked great, Dorsey looked great. These are the guys that matter. The goal is the Eurobasket, all we need is some health and we'll be competitive.

Loved the last two buckets from Jokic. Screw the running sets. Just give me the rock and let me go to work in the post. It's understated but he's the closest to Shaq in terms of post scoring.

Not really. But our starting big is injured, his brother who plays the 5 also got injured, another back up big fouled out, it went to overtime... we had to play somebody.

Not many games left in WCQ, every game matter, they have some cushing, but you can't left your guard down, one window can push you out of qualifying spot if you are unlucky.

I'll be honest, if all those guys returned to Europe I don't think I'd bother watching the NBA.

Even though we missed a share of are free throws, If greece plays like this, Also giving giannis some help, You will be more then just competitive.

Serbia is missing Bogdan Bogdanovic badly, too bad he can't play and if Micic is out due to injury its going to be tough for Serbia to overcome that loss. Serbia back up center Milutinov should be in the NBA. Denver should sign him , he would be a solid back up for them.
