The Hawks were the 2nd ranked defensive team in the regular season, and they're one of the top teams in shot contests in the playoffs. The Raptors have been a force defensively in the playoffs and also rank near the top in shot contests.

What qualifies as a good defensive team to you?

You have a point but 2<3 so I can live with it. It will get ugly once Cleveland finds its touch from 3.

that probably was their gameplan coming in, but i suppose their IQ is a little low as a team to quickly get their act together when it comes to protecting the rim (which is always the number 1 rule in defense). But Im sure theyll have a talk about it and come back with better rim protection... or else... its gonna get ugly real soon.

Yeah I imagine they change it up for this quarter. It was the right idea it's just that Cavs are a tough cover offensively.

Now it looks like they've gone too much the other way.

The 2nd Unit with Delly and LeBron is just deadly.

Lue's done a good job getting that unit together.

Doesn't Delly have the highest shooting percentage from 3 for the Cavs?

This was the big concern. How would the TOR bench unit stack up against LBJ leading the CLE 2nd unit. Not a good start for TOR. I don't think TOR can afford to sit both Lowry/DD at the same time.

And what are they gonna do is Biyombo gets in foul trouble. RIP the big man in this series, lol.

well, that escalated quickly.

seems like the cavs are the best offensive team in the league right now. you cannot stop them. raptors clearly gameplanned to shut down their 3 point shot but they still get killed from 3 point land

They get such good looks and they have a team of 40%+ 3pt shooters.

They are wide open shots. You are supposed to shoot a great percentage when that open

This was supposed to be Toronto's best chance? Without Val, this looks like a sweep.
