Estonia looking like they belong, yesterday they had a close to a double-digit lead in the second half vs. Latvia, and now blowing out Czechia. Very positive.

They absolutely do not belong, they just chuck up awful 3s, do not attack the inside at all. Very non athletic players with soft mentalities, 2 games in a row theyve had more 3pa than 2pa, trust me, as an Estonian, they are very bad. Got 1 dub atleast, so far, so thats good i guess.

Really like RIsacher, so smooth and composed on the court, and such a good athlete. He has a lot of potential.

Apparently, some Lithuanian fans directed monkey noises at Schröder during the half time break.

I'm not trying to derail the thread. It's still surprising cause this was always more of a soccer thing.

France pull away in the end, fueled by Sarr policing the paint.

Slovenia's lack of depth really showing in the last 4 minutes, starters are absolutely gassed while France just running away with their versatility.

Bench points so far...

France 73
Slovenia 22

Serbia barely won against Latvia. Jokic 39 pts and they needed all of those points. Jovic and Micic had 1 pt total COMBINED

Just watched the game between Cyprus and Greece. Weird feeling since I have both passports. At least we won . Anyway the only 2 things we can keep from the game is the very good performance from Samodurov, next year I think will be 1st round pick as a stretch PF with great passing. The other surprising for me is Philippos Tigkas 6'1 PG, great 1st step explosive good shooter and nice vision. Maybe not a eurolegue material but given he is just 22 for sure has a place at the below lvl.

Well, that's a weird finish.
In these kind of tnments you ussually play till the last second since point differential often determines seeding or qualification.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.

Was watching France so missed this one. How does Porzingis end with only 7 shots in nearly 34min????
Was he totally locked by the defense or something?

Jokic took almost half of the teams shots. Micic and Jovic combined for 5 shot attempts.

Those 1on1 struggles were already noticeable at the Olympics. Micic can't really get past anyone unless his shot is falling from deep which it usually isn't.

What did Sylvain was not fair play, but Slovenia is never fair play!

BTW the last slovenian 3 pts erased all this ankward situation

The best part is Sylvain shaking hands just before going for the pointless layup.

I turned it off after they went to review Okobo/Luka dust up, anything interesting happened?
