man... after LaVine... the dunk contests have been a let down lol

Its like... MJ....then 20 years... then Carter.... then another 10+ years... we get LaVine... then maybe another 10 years or more before we get another TRUE amazing dunker

They look nice but he doesn’t know how to build up hype. That second dunk was beautiful but it seemed like they just said he’s coming up and next thing you here is the rim getting smashed and he’s already sitting down on the bench.

I'll just say this. This dunk contest has been far better than the 3-point contest. The 3-point contest only had two good performances (the last two) whereas most dunks here have been pretty good, imo.

The dunk contest has actually been pretty good. Too bad they zapped all the energy out of the arena leading up to it and too bad they don't have actual commentators. Seem like they're wasting a good dunk contest.
