Yeah... No there isn't.

I mean in terms of the Rockets winning at a 55 game pace with Paul and 48 without last year and a 71 win pace with and 51 without the year before, not in terms of total rebounds.

Which player will call Russ out for not staying? He complained about every star player that left him and write things in poor taste about them.

ESPN covered the Russ and KD beef for 2yrs or longer.

I watched both in the playoffs. CP3 had two decent halfs in the Warriors series, but was mostly invisible or not impactful in any of the other games. He had a couple games where he was outright bad in the Jazz series, but it wasn’t as glaring cause other Rockets players picked up the slack - their role players were great all playoffs and Harden had some strong games in that series except for that one game he went like 3/30 from 3 and they still won cause the Jazz choked. CP3 overall for these playoffs was probably a C+ - didn’t cause them to lose, but didn’t make them win either.

Westbrook played 5 games - he was great in two of them (game 1 and game 3), awful in two of them
(game 2 and game 5), and mediocre in one
(game 4). Paul George was bad or a no show in all games but game 5 (he was injured remember), and he still made some blunders in the clutch in that game that no one remembers cause they were too busy looking at Russ’ shooting numbers. Russ was probably a C+ too, but it was mostly on averages...A-, D, A+, C, F for the five games (where CP3 was all C and C+’s and a couple B’s and a couple D’s).

And honestly, I think you got to cut Russ some slack cause even though he had an MVP finalist teammate, he really was out there fighting alone for most of those playoffs if you look at the numbers. That team lived and died by him all series - CP3 didn’t have the same pressure cause the Houston role players like Gordon, Tucker and Rivers showed up consistently.., Thunder role players were only good in game 3, and were either awful or unimpressive in all other games.

But as always, Westbrook takes 100% of the blame for anything related to the Thunder. No surprise to me that he finally said enough and wanted out.

Morey is really trying to have D’Antoni lose his hair. First Melo, now Westbrook. For a guy that champions analytics, a lot of his moves are contrary to that.

Though not nearly as inaccurate as RealGM prognostications. Posters here are not known for their rational objective evaluations.
Especially when it comes to teams outside of their own favorite.

He also left when the team's now headed for a rebuild. Not when they just came off a WCF appearance aiming to go farther.

OKC pretty much gave him a solid one for trading him to whoever he chooses regardless of the pieces coming back

If you just listed shooting on the first one then yes but you put scoring/shooting.

Westbrook is a much better scorer then Chris Paul.
