Unfortunately not out of the realm of possibility. They've already recovered a number of their devices, so he could definitely have one on him. Makes for a very tense situation.

They know for a fact it's him. They do have him surrounded I believe.

Scanner says he may have an explosive.

First suspect had a explosive "on his person" and they suspect the second one does too.

That is really close to lightly forested area at the edge of the river. He gets there and he becomes that much more difficult to catch. However i have a feeling he wants to be caught.

Not that he blew himself up, but that he could've. He had explosives on him and the second guy could as well.

No kidding. They show older footage with "moments ago" displayed at the top. Police scanner & reddit is all we need.
