Shaq is always trying to clown Charles, by saying he wasn't as good as him. Like he's threatened.

He also admitted the Lakers tanked to avoid playing Utah, and defending the pick and roll. lol

He just said it backwards. He was saying how he hates the lottery system because it gives teams incentive to tank. That being said, he said Phoenix should take advantage of the system and tank like some other teams have been. He hates the lottery system but wants phoenix to be successful and that's the only way they can be.
