They can't attempt to take him in alive, now. It's too risky.

He could seriously injure/kill a LOT of people if he has a bomb and flips the switch.

Wow this news has really gotten me paranoid.

My phone just vibrated to warn me I had low battery but I thought it was a bomb that was going to detonate.

Code Black meant there were explosives or someone has a bomb. Related to explosives/bombs basically.
