Besides, KG was never a 3-point shooter. Only four times did he finish a season with more attempts than Towns has now and only once with a better percentage than Towns. Same with Aldridge. Last year was the first time he had more than 30 attempts in a season.

They just didn't take them most years but when they did they made a lot. KAT might not shoot threes much going forward either.

Like I said, it took KAT one season to do what those two guys only did a total of five times in 30 seasons combined. Sure, he could stop taking 3s, but I think that's unlikely.
