This is a very sad for the league and basketball in general. Achilles destroyed so many careers. Yes KD came back eventually but he was very injury prone since then and his defense took a major hit. Tatum is an elite defender.

Such a freak thing to tear an Achilles. I mean players push off like that hundreds of times a game and then for some reason it pops. Really sucks. Feel so bad for him

Oof just like that the Celtics franchise ends. Time to rebuild for them.

Knicks vs Pacers will probably be my favorite series the entire playoffs if it happens. Sure hope it does.

I remember how distraught I was when Kobe tore his achilles and that was in the backend of his career. To potentially lose a guy in his prime is just unimaginable pain, for once in my lifetime I’ll be praying for you Celtic fans. Losing a good dude like Tatum is bad for the NBA.

Was a Brown turnover but Tatum went down. Only way you could say “lol Tatum” is if he was watching

People need to stop sleeping on that team. They are really well coached, really good, and absolutely exhausting to play against.
