Delusional? You said it yourself that he "occasionally" flops, which is an understatement in itself. He also consistently gets away with offensive fouls. If you deny that, then you may be the delusional one.

Griffin may be the "poster boy" but by next year Cousins will be considered the better player. Already this season,
Cousins is averaging 18.1ppg 10.9rpg 1.3bpg 1.3spg 45%fg 73%ft.
Griffin is averaging 20.7ppg 10.9rpg 0.7bpg 0.8spg 53fg 53%ft.

I also admit that he's a horrible free throw shooter and he'll never be a truly great defender. But I've also watched every single game of his NBA career so far (not just the highlight reels), and the hate Griffin gets on here has outstripped reality and crossed into delusion. He gets a lot of hate because he's arguable the worst flopper in the entire league and whines to the refs, but he recklessly throws his body and elbows around and always gets away with it. Also he taunts ppl after every dunk even though a lot of his dunks are offensive fouls. Obviously its not just on realgm that he's hated, players in the league cant stand the guy either.. Honestly its not really his fault though. Its the league and the refs. If they started enforcing the rules and stopping giving him calls everytime he looks at a ref he wouldn't get away with it and have to adapt his game. The guys talented and could be a great player, but the NBA marketing him and letting him get away with everything has completely destroyed him image to real basketball fans. The league really needs to start cracking down on flopping, its getting too ridiculous. They should start fining people or something.

Furthermore, I think it's funny that one minute, people whine that they want the '80s/'90s NBA back, where taunting and physical play were common... but then, when they see Griffin taunt and play physical, they whine and cry and hate. Make up your minds, people.

Blake wouldn't be so tough if people are able to retaliate against him. Blake can keep acting like a tough guy because he's protected. Look what happened to Jason Smith when he bodychecked Griffin, he got 2 games for that, in the 80's he would have just gotten a call for the foul.

It's one of the reasons why people still insist to keep fighting in hockey so if someone wants to pull a cheap shot he better be prepared for the tough guy to come after him next shift.
