If any of you guys had family or friends in the marathon, the Red Cross is having people check in here:

https://safeandwell.communityos.org/zf/ ... rch/search

You can also look at the race tracker to see when they finished the race. http://raceday.baa.org/individual.html

Please don't click on the links unless you are actually looking for someone. You don't want to crash the site because of too much traffic.

Beware fake fraudulent donation links, go straight to the sites of places you want to donate to today.

This is may be even be more disgusting than the act of violence... that someone would automatic see this as a means to profit with fake donation links... seriously idk what to even think of this world at times.

Thanks for spreading the word.

Don't agree. This is big news, with lots of people from the Boston area here posting. I found out about this because of RealGM. Some times there are things bigger than basketball. This is one of them.

That's pretty pathetic that people stoop that low to get money and not even feel any guilt. Taking advantage of people in situations like this is just inhumane.

Just ruined my day. I hope all the victims and their close ones recover soon. Very sad and unnecessary.

It should go without saying that when something like this happens, it is bigger than basketball. These are real people with real families. My condolences to the victims and their families.

I got a real bad feeling about this one. Please be safe Bostonians.
