To me, if there was a vote done today, it'd likely be AD or Boogie as the favs.

Harden/Howard and Curry/Thompson will likely take votes away from each other.

Warriors' rise this year is due in large part to Thompson's improvement, Kerr playing 4 wings around 1 big, and of course a healthy Bogut.

Ariza has proven to be a great fit at the SF position as his portable skillset and 3s/defense are exactly what Houston needs at the wing position to complement Harden.

Marc Gasol is a darkhourse but he's probably more likely to win DPOY..he is imo 1 of the top 3 DPOY candidates along with AD/Hibbert.

It's scary to think that at the moment, the 5 best teams in the league are probably all in the west with all due respect to my hometown Raptors who may just be the best team in the east right now (Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Memphis, Golden State).

You know, I'm going to go way out in left field and say I'm SUPER impressed by Andrew Bogut. Obviously he'll never put up the kind of offensive production to be considered for an MVP, but the impact he has on the Warriors is IMMENSE. He's truly an elite defensive anchor (I think he's the best in the league when healthy), and his passing and screening does a lot on offense despite his middling scoring.

We haven't seen the kind of full-court domination Davis is putting on since 09 Lebron. The guy is everywhere. I'm not sure if he wins MVP this year - if the Warriors put up a big win total and get the 1 seed it will probably be Curry, but Davis is gonna own the league.

Last night had nothing to do with Kerr. It was the same recipe Mark Jackson used time and time again. Give the ball to Curry and watch him work.
