He had a better throwing motion than Tebow.
He was drafted by the Blue Jays and played 3 years in the minors as a 2B.

Anyway, just hope Mr. Ainge gets recognition he deserves.

I want Sacramento to move up the lottery and get the 2nd pick. The lulz to be had between Vivek and Lavar Ball would be endless.

Did doc rivers trade a lottery pick to rent a bench player for three months on a team with no playoff hopes and then overpay that same guy in free agency?
He traded a first-round pick to rent Jeff Green, who was absolute garbage, for a couple months and then not even resign him. He traded another first round pick in order to dump Jared Dudley after a year. And he cost us an unprotected first-rounder to begin with. He's wasted the picks he's had on redundant low-ceiling prospects who don't even get to play. He traded Eric Bledsoe for trash. He gave Jamal Crawford $42 million last offseason.
I still think King's worse, but Doc is up there.

After missing out on Durant and having Len Bias and Reggie Lewis pass away, you cannnot get any more cursed than the Celtics.
Thank christ there are 5 solid picks in this draft even if we do get shafted by the bball gods.

My hope is he has the contracts left over to ALSO consolidation trade for Butler. Walking away with Butler and Hayward (even at cost of Brown and BKN 2017 1st) is an awesome offseason.

I don't think we give up that much for Butler.
Maybe the 2018 Brooklyn pick and Avery Bradley+other later 1st round picks. Only way we give up the 2017 pick is if it falls to #3 or #4.
I think Brown is untouchable in a PG or Butler trade btw.
