I don't think that you realize how many people hate Chris Paul and his antics.

True that...but u should see my other posts about how much I also hate on Harden and CP3 lol..I just think people really dont wanna see these Warriors win..

It would be far worse for the league if the Harden/Paul style of play was rewarded with a championship.

Seeing LeBron shimmiying or doing vegas high kicks would be pretty funny man

That's why 2011 did wonders for him. He finally let this trash go and limited dancing to pregame, post game etc.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

This notion that fans don't like showboating is overblown, especially in today's age. I'd say the vast majority of people don't give a ****.

I love showboating. The thing I hate is the fake humility like playing sports is fighting cancer or something and you’re supposed to be deadly serious the whole time and never smile. It’s a GAME. You’re ENTERTAINERS. Have some fun with the fans. That’s your job.

Mike D kinda comes off as a sore loser but with that flopping iso culture I'm not surprised.

S4, repeated baiting.

Nothing like getting old and less fun. That’s why Ronaldo’s my favorite athlete. Just as old as LeBron, just as dominant, and he still has all the joy of a 14-year old kid whenever he scores a big goal.

The team that wins this series will win the championship so yes it is the real NBA Finals. Just like San Anotnio/Phoenix in '07, Spurs/Mavs '03, Lakers/Kings '02.

I really dont see it ever happening. I look at durant and i see a friggin unstoppable freight train.
I look at curry i see a guy that can be stopped in different ways. we have seen it before.

Not sure that's a shot at Curry, could just be him upset about the Rockets giving up such a large lead.

It's true that players shoot a lot more easy/confindent when up/on a roll, so it could be him calling out our team and stating the obvious. Curry has been in a funk the whole series and the Rockets gave Curry a good opportunity to get in his rythm, and he did.

Yeah the rockets had a nice chunk of games to capitalize on curry not being curry. It has to be frustrating to have not taken that game 1.

Although I'm still watching both conference finals, albeit very passively, I cant blame u for how you feel. The NBA post season isnt as compelling as it was before...forget about 80s & 90s..its not not even as good as 2008-2012

This. People try to brew controversy over every little quote. Most likely he was calling out his own team. Trying to rile up Steph makes no sense at all.
