Realistically KD might be back game 6

Is that too late in the series to be throwing a guy out there who hasn't played for over a month? If Klay is still out yes obviously because you need the offensive firepower, but I don't know, seems like a tough decision.

If KD can play it’s out of Kerr’s hands, he’ll demand to play and Kerr will just have to adjust. Even just having him out there would be crushing for Raptors morale and a boost for GSW defense.

That's probably true. It would be interesting if nothing else.

That Loony injury is really getting under rated.

He was our best big throughout the playoffs. Very smart guy who always seemed to be in the right position. And now if Cousins is hurt, even though he had a bad game, it's another big that may not be available to us. At his age, Bogut can't be expected to play more than about 25 minutes. Just too many injuries to overcome.

And we've seen that Curry tends to play more passive with KD out there. Plus KD would be coming off a month of inactivity and stepping in to late finals intensity being guarded by great lengthy defenders like Leonard and Siakam. Thats a tough ask for KD honestly. Not at all like returning from injury in the regular season or even early playoffs, or even early in a finals series.
