Memories won’t fade away

Raptors fans ain’t going nowhere.

Got top 5 coach and gm

I feel bad for okc they are done and they wasted a lot of superstars with no championship to show for it

7 games to defeat a team whose led by two players that are in their 2nd ever playoffs is hardly destroying

I actually do..They did everything right built one of the best teams i have seen from top to bottom with Kawhi being the sharp end of it. In the end it doesn't matter because it was already set in stone what Kawhi was going to do.

Atleast they won a title.

Tf? No they’re not. They’ll still make the playoffs next year too

Nah man, they are out. Bottom 3 team in the league.

This is ridiculous.

I feel bad for them on one hand, and on the other i don’t. It sucks losing a player of that magnitude, but they knew he was a rental going in. Not only that they were able to win a ring making that risk well worth it.

Meh, just a reminder of how silly it was for raps fans and media to have picked raps in 5 in the beginning. Literally a couple of bounces on a crazy shot could of been the difference between winning and losing

Don't need your pity, we got a large market, a lot of assets, a great city to live in, a ship, and the best Management team in the league

If and when Kawhi gets you guys out of the 2nd round, try to act like you've been there before.

Us Hornet fans have never even seen a conference final. I feel pity for no one.

Yeah of course, they got a championship but you should check out their forum, they really loved Kawhi.

They got a title, and got off of Demar Derozan's contract in the same move. They have some young talent, and a great cap situation. Multiple large expirings that are players that can help contenders. They'll probably rebuild on the fly really quick.

Winsome Gerbil wrote:Yes, of course. I said form the beginning it would be an unprecedented snake move for a franchise player to abandon his title winning team and city and deny them a chance to repeat. And then it happened anyway. It's not supposed to. Toronto did absolutely everything right they could do right except judge the lack of character of the individual.

Enough Toronto fans are trying to play it off as easy come easy go that it gives me pause, but by all rights it should be a sinking stomach gut punch. Just flat sucks for them. Things did not work out the way they are supposed to and their brief moment in the sun is gone just that quick.

Thanks Bro, many of us fans feel the same way.

We will soldier on with pride and can hang our heads high knowing that we did everything that we could to keep him.

I said a few days ago that if Kawhi leaves them it wouldn't be a slight against them. They did everything right and they knew the risk of him leaving when they traded for him. I think the Toronto organization actually came out of the entire experience earning a lot of respect around the league. The spotlight showed just how well they run things.

Plus, they got a championship out of a guy who was determined to go back home. They swung for the fences and hit a homerun. I understand the disappointment they might feel. The "what could've been" will linger in their minds for a while. But I have no reason to feel bad for them, and they shouldn't feel bad either.

I've been fortunate enough to watch my team win multiple championships. The memories from each one last a lifetime. Can't take that away. Raps fans will always have this title to think back on.

It was likely the least amount of wedding planning ever to go along with shortest honeymoon imaginable. I mean you’ll always have pictures, but it was more Vegas wedding than Westminster Abbey.
