Honestly, his career is a far more fascinating story with those airballs than without them. I'll never understand people who desire their heroes to be perfect. Who wants to hear a story where the main character was morally perfect and never experienced adversity and was always successful? That sounds like the most boring story ever. Perfection is BORING. Show me a hero who always makes the correct decision, and I'll show you someone I can't learn anything from.
