Toronto is a highly talked about landing spot for Giannis - in what context? Is this in regards to the media or are you referencing posters on the General Board? If it's the latter, then by your definition every thread can go off into a Raptors tangent and be okay with you.

you do realize the first article to support your claim is by AllRaptors, where they propose that Giannis wins a title with Siakam in 2021. so essentially the claim is that the Raptors will force Milwaukee to trade Giannis and somehow not include Siakam. though nowhere in the article are trade proposal ideas even offered, but yet somehow this corroborates your notion that "it makes sense"

Tatum and SIakam is basically a wash (though Tatum was blowing up near the end)
Brown > Powell
Hayward > OG
Ibaka and Gasol > Kanter and Theis
Smart and FVV are close

I would take Lowry now and probably for the next two years. He does so much more to impact winning. He’s also not a defensive liability especially come playoff time where matchup hunting becomes a bigger issue.

Kemba hasn't played with these many weapons in his career. I'm sure he was just adjusting to that this season.

100% he hasn't but he almost has too many weapons that can create surrounding him. Kemba playing beside Brown, Hayward and Tatum is not going to produce much better numbers than Lowry has so I expect Kemba to continue to elevate his offensive game. He's a solid defensive player though and honestly, if Horford had stayed, Boston would have been my clear cut favourite to come out of the East (and I've been a Raptor fan since their inception)

It's clearly Lowry, bias aside. Celtics as-is are already talked about as a threat to the Bucks and if you had Lowry in place of Walker i'd make the argument that they are the 1a/1b to the Bucks in the East. Can you imagine how good the Celtics defense would be (4th currently) with Lowry in place of Walker. Your talking about trying to score on a back court that consists of Lowry and Smart.

Scoring is the only thing that you can say Walker has the advantage in, but this particular season their scoring is relatively even: Lowry's: 19.7pts on 58.9%TS with 14.3FGA & 5.7FTA
vs
Walker's: 21.2pts on 56.9%ts with 16.6 FGA & 4.5 FTA.

Lowry is a better floor general, gets to the FT line more often, and is more efficient in generating his points. Taking into account his entire offensive repertoire and impact he has the advantage on both sides of the floor.

Put some respect on the top PG in the East.

Well Lowry is playing with 4 other guys averaging at least 16 including Siakam who is averaging the same amount as Tatum. I don't see it as a huge difference.

I think it's clearly Lowry. Kemba has to do something in the playoff to enter the conversation. As others have said it's not fair to hold Lowry's playoff disappointments against him all those years and not ding Kemba for not even getting there.
