That honestly doesn't look that bad to me. It just looked like a hard foul, trying to prevent a possible and-1. Maybe a flagrant 1 but not egregious. Am I missing something? Is there a super slow mo clip out there that's more incriminating?

the game was over...

I see what you're saying, but at the same time, Jamal was trying to score. Run through the tape!

Doc should be fired for no other reason than accepting that culture. I've rarely seen such a detestable team. The Clips acted from when the season started like a 3-time champ with a pissy attitude. They were too important to care about little things like regular season games, with a chip on their shoulder. Then all those guys sitting out games, then getting tired in Game 7 against Denver and asking for rests. Come on now. I was prepared to root HARD for the Lakers in the Western Finals, and my God, they are the Lakers, with LeBron. I can't believe that was about to happen.

But thankfully, I can now go all in on Denver.

I saw this!! I wondered if anyone else noticed it

I did... I commented
Yo Beverley... Murray just fixed your teeth...
in the game thread.

I thought it was under rated.

While I enjoy Pat Bev getting dunked on, CJ and Dame sure do talk a lot when they're not playing anybody.

This was the same Portland team that made the WCF last year, correct? And they're the 8th seed this year while getting Nurkic back and adding to the roster? With no Golden State in anyone's way? C'mon!

Nurkic only came back in the bubble. The team was almost entirely different for most of the year outside of Dame/CJ, and they had significant injuries to two starters early in the season. They were also having to fight with having Hassan Whiteside as their starting center.

What's weird about that team is that for all the yapping, the Big Dog didn't bark.
