Everyone will soon realize he’s better than Gobert on both ends of the floor. It would take you like 1 game of watching Miami to realize Bam is the best defender in the world. Literally does it all, 1-5. He’ll he locked up Derozan lavine and Vucevic at times the other night. They just never had a chance.

Gobert is overrated, dude literally gets played off the court in the playoffs because of his defense. He’s been played off the court twice this season by the lakers lol.

Injuries aren’t a good enough excuse any more. Gobert won DPOY on 56 games. Green has played less games than Bam this season and is like 4-6 spots higher.

Clout is the biggest difference maker.

This is definitely how to make a name for yourself on this board but its not exactly a good thing. Clout? Really what in tf are you talking about? Bam is truly ascending to the next level

This is misleading tho, because Jokic and Embiid are posting those stats on a much bigger volume of shots. Record is also misleading because you need to count SES and the strength of the team

Bam is an amazing player but forcing him into this kind of discussion isn't gonna help the real appreciation of his value.

Bam is a good complimentary player but I never felt as if he was a superstar or MVP caliber. I've always felt its Jimmy's team and Jimmy was the player who the Laker's felt most "threatened" by when we matched up.

Bam is where Al Horford was circa 2012-2013 year. Big Al was 17/10 with 3 assists a game. Remember the pace of the game was slower back than (no 14 second shot clock reset either)

Big Al didn’t start developing a 3 point snot until later.

The NBA is a lot different than it was 10 years ago. If Bam had even a decent outside shot, he'd be shooting threes already. It is also foolish to assume every big will eventually learn how to shoot the three.

Bam is terrible at shooting anywhere but at the rim this season. He certainly isn't trending towards becoming an outside threat.

Laugh all you want but he boxes out better than anybody, & can put the ball in the basket. The only game he played this year was a blowout vs healthy Brooklyn.

Hill is a smart player & knows Bud's system better than anyone on the team. Hits threes & plays defense. He leads the Bucks in plus minus for good reason.

Pat was outplaying Duncan Robinson for a while. Look at the contracts, have another laugh.

Only knock on Bam is that he misses a ton of games every year. Some don’t like the fact that he doesn’t shoot 3’s, and is more of an old school center on offense, but defensively he’s out guarding the perimeter, often on the opposing team’s best player.
