Chemistry was bad, and Ingles was missed(such a good sixth man).
They probably can't maneuver with the cap and picks they have(or lack of in this case), so blowing up seems the only way out.
Mitchel is flawed and it did seem like he didn't turn it on this playoffs, which is not great if you have him as a leader.

Change is needed in Utah, either by trading one of Mitchel and Gobert, finding a new coach, or making some GOAT moves to change the core of this team(Conley, Bojan, Gay out, decent contributors that can defend in)
