We're just in the early stages of NBA history still. When the game is much older and deep threes have been a standard shot for 100 years, all of the players from the 1900s that didn't shoot threes will be seen as prehistoric and irrelevant.

The players that will stand out as ahead of their time will be the very deep three shot takers that we know of today.
