Hell, as much credit as Jordan got for being a sharp dresser, I always thought he looked bad just because of the terrible fits he wore. I can't find it but there used to be a blog dedicated to all the ridiculous clothes he wears.

Forget the sits: I thought the most ridiculous thing from last night was Holmgren's necklace. Guaranteed he looks back on that in 10 years like WTF??? But then I've never been a jewelry guy.

The real issue is why these guys don't have people reminding them in 20 years these videos and photos will still be around and people will laugh at them. Just get a traditional medium fit suit, normal shirt, and a tie if you want and call it a day. Now MJ...man likes baggy comfortable fits...he never changed. Good on him.
Do you not laugh at old pictures of yourself? Yall are making mountains out of mole hills.

I actually prefer the 2nd picture by a lot. Literally almost everyone in the first photo needs to go to a tailor.

to be fair I can't see how those pants are cut in pic 2 at the bottom. At the top, they all need their pants an inch or 3 shorter. But if the bottom group are all showing their damn socks....oh lord...no

This is true. As a general rule you can't show your socks. That's awful.

Only ones my parents dressed me in as a kid....wow. Sure one polo shirt might be tighter than another, but I'm a dude. You have to go out of your way to look extremely dated. These guys are going way out of their way to date themselves in 20 years. Never wear pants too skinny or way too baggy (I avoided photo in those pants lol). Avoid outlandish colors when dressed formal. These aren't hard to learn rules of how to not look stupid in 20 years.

assuming your not on deaths door step you will live to see players go back to a more business look. Just like baggy will eventually come back into fashion.

I think it's alright. Like they would be willing to talk with me about Latter-Day Saints or something.

that’s 2000, best draft class ever

I meant in society, not the draft class.

There is nothing more comfortable than a well fit suit

lol, yeah I always throw on a suit to go for a walk or to lay around the house. NOT!

You can actually. Get fitted for a custom suit and you will never go back. Plus it makes you feel great wearing one. Trust me

Men were not wearing skinny jeans that year and there is no worse thing ever than men in skinny jeans!

Disagree. This is worse.

I won't wear long sleeves. Suits are idiotic in every humanly possible way. From the material down to the design.

Suits are uncomfortable but most men do look better in em. I miss having an excuse to put em on.

It can hide the gut if you're fat. Beyond that I don't really see it. If you're fit, I'd rather be in a fitted polo or something. And the idea of shoulder pads is just confusing.

But at the end of the day, I just hate wearing a jacket that's not cut with a full range of motion in mind. It's awful and no a tailor can't fix that. It's just a flaw with how suits are designed.

Yep, that's pretty much how I see skinny jeans. Might as well be in a man thong....might even be less gross.

The chains are pretty goofy to me but the 2022 guys' suits are waaaaay better.

I'm not a fan of skinny jeans but slim fit jeans are a thousand times better than those giant relax fit jeans matched with a 4xl t shirt to go with it lmao.

I'm not ripped either. Classic ectomorph.

Now I would agree if you are in super good shape, designed to maximize visual appeal, suits aren't great.
