I think Smith will be fine. Not being able to create at all is going to stop him from being a star, but he's got the tools to be a high-end role player.

Green seems like he's headed down the path of "not good enough to be a top option on a good team and not useful when he doesn't get to be a top option". That's always a bad spot to land.

Sengun is great.

Feel like people are overreacting to Houston.....get them a competent coach & point guard and things will start to come together.

Lakers are literally treating this game like a scrimmage. Gonna bite them in the ass in the 4th quarter.

They’re just forcing Según to switch onto the ball and guard Lebron every time lol

I think I was half right. He was part of a great system, but he's not a top 5 center.

To only get 5 rebounds and stand there and watch your team get outrebounded by 20 and then blown out by 30 is just unacceptable. Without the 2-man game with an elite PG, he can't really do anything.

I dunno, I don't want to evaluate Ayton's production this season. You can kinda see he's checked out of Phoenix. He signed the offer sheet with Indiana in the offseason and he has already indicated he wanted out of there. The Suns should oblige him and trade him to another team before they lose all leverage. He doesn't want to be there. I get why they matched so that they don't lose him for nothing.

But why hold on to him now?

Jalen last year was good about actually attacking off the catch and not stopping the ball. Was cautious of over dribbling. Even when the shot wasn't falling the process was solid. That's gone now. He over dribbles every time he touches the ball. He stops and jabs off the catch. This team is creating bad habits, not fixing them. Get a PG and get a real coach that will hold someone accountable

Lakers half court offense is brutal. Good thing the Rockets are a hot mess on defense and Lebron is going bonkers this quarter.

Didn't even have to wait for the 4th quarter. This team is pathetic.

Sengun has future MVP potential. He looks really good and only 20yo.

Ngl I'd rather lose and Sengun get 40 than win and he not get there lmao wins mean nothing for this team but the statline would make me happy

Wonder which team it will be to implode in the 4th quarter. Rockets did yesterday but Lakers do as well from time to time

Does Silas think leftover timeouts count as points at the end of the game? Lakers on a huge run and Sengun, their best player, has been standing at the scorers table for several minutes and he's holding onto them like they're gold
