No joke though that’s one of the best games ever. Wasn’t even bad defense the offense was just insane for both teams.

Was watching in the beginning of this game and I said to myself this game is going to be one of the games of the year, the energy to start the game was different.

Still 14 assists and he just joined the team. The amount of hate he gets is insane.

Westbrook's problem arent raw numbers. Things like poor spacing, negative decisionmaking in key possessions, lapses of judgment like letting Monk get open on the final possession. These things only count as one bad defensive possession, one turnover, one bad shot but they are killers and are frequently recurring. They start to add up. He NEVER sticks to his offball assignment on final defensive possessions. The ADD is strong with him. Stick to Monk and that thing might have been over in regulation.

Honestly, I would put the blame more on Paul George and Ty Lue.

Multiple times last night, with Westbrook on the floor, Lue allows George to run point resulting in turnovers because he was super sloppy with ball security.

This also happened in the second quarter as well giving up a 8 point lead into a 2 point deficit.

They had 4 TO in row start the 4th that was their downfall beginning

Nah, 14 assists are good, but 7 turnovers are also bad. Doesn't matter if he just joined the team, his turnovers are consistent.

I watched the final quarter and overtime and I don't even think it was bad defense...both the teams were making lot of tough shots. I'd say Clippers should have closed this in regulation though...they had solid lead but gave away bunch of awful turnovers in 4th quarter

Agreed Westbrook had some lapses but I thought he did okay for the most part. PG should never be allowed to run point even when Westbrook is sitting. They have TMann, Kawhi, Powell, EG and Bones I would rather have handling the ball.

He would best be used to spot up shoot or drive off a pass. Funny enough that was what he complained about Doc using him as.

to be fair to both teams, I watched the game again from 3rd quarter until the 2 OTs, the defense wasnt sloppy.

the kings were blitzing both Kawhi & PG constantly... it was just that the offense for both teams were unreal. there was constant attacks to the basket and 3s were being made by both teams.

even Russ wasnt that bad except for the 7 TOs. I thought though that Lue should have used Mann during crunch time.
